Are you considering eloping?

Many people wonder what is an elopement?

Or think that it means to runaway, with your love just the two of you getting married in secret.

It can be, but that is definitely not what it has to be.

Do you crave adventure?

Do you long to keep it simple but have all your closest people be a part of it? Still want to have those "moments" but want to get married in a beautiful location in nature instead of a stuffy, dark building?

You can have your cake and eat it to! Quite literally lol there are adorable options in and near the park for lodging you can have your first dance under the stars, or by the campfire. You can have everything you want. But what you want is the point. So many couples have bigger weddings simply because they feel its what is expected of them. If that's what you want then great do it! But if it's not what you want then know that there is another option.

There are no rules, your wedding should be about one thing, and one thing only! How do you want to remember it. Whether you are both it in nature with just two of you, or in a building surrounded by one hundred it is no different. Make it a weekend adventure documenting all the memories every step of the way. You still get ready, you can still do a first look you can have ever detail exactly how you want it. For information on eloping at any national park see the link below.
